Fondée en 1948 par André Canonica, l’entreprise Canonica est la société historique du groupe SWISSCANONICA.
Depuis 2011 le groupe SWISSCANONICA dispose de son propre laboratoire de fabrication de chocolat, permettant de confectionner les créations CANONICA. Tous nos chocolats sont fabriqués au travers d’une sélection des meilleurs ingrédients qui soient, ils se définissent donc par leurs goûts et associations aussi bien traditionnels que modernes.

Founded in 1948 by André Canonica, the company Canonica is the legacy company in the SWISSCANONICA Group.
Since 2011, the SWISSCANONICA Group has managed its own chocolate fabrication facilities, permitting the company to manufacture the many CANONICA creations. All our chocolates are fabricated based on a selection of the very best ingredients available. They are defined by their flavours and associations – both traditional as well as modern.
