This challenging series of 26 Hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises was created by guru Bikram Choudhury in the lineage of Bishnu Ghosh.
It is practised in a heated room - 40°c to allow safe and deeper stretching and detoxify your body.
All instructors are qualified teachers and have been trained by Bikram and his team.
Be prepared to sweat and work 100% of your body from the inside out, physically and mentally.
Drink plenty of water and come with an open mind!
