PABS Résidences + Apartments AG has a 22-year-long experience in
renting furnished apartments in Zurich to professionals and corporations. PABS Résidences + Apartments AG is also specialized in supporting relocation firms and persons relocating temporarily to
Zurich.

In the 1980ies Pierre-Alain Bardellini was one of the first persons in Zurich to launch a rental service for private apartments through the Zurich tourism agency. In 1990, he founded PABS Résidences + Appartements AG with Werner Kopp. The pioneering agency was immediately successful and PABS was able to acquire a solid base of beautiful and centrally located private apartments.

Since its founding, PABS has been the partner of choice for persons who wish to relocate to Zurich for a certain period and who prefer the amenities of a private flat to the somewhat sterile atmosphere of a hotel room. Clients of PABS are not only business people. PABS appeals to a large scope of clients, ranging from students, scientists, diplomats or ordinary families who seek a temporary home while their house is being renovated. The most original client of PABS was an Italian industrial who did not want to undergo a surgery without his grandmother staying nearby.
