Cosmobutler lets you place your laundry and shoe care order online and schedule the pick-up and delivery to the location of your choice. Login to view and manage past and current orders, invoices, as well as your data on your My Account. Cosmobutler takes care of all textiles according to its stringent quality criteria, which include sewing on missing buttons and mending little tears free of charge. Our Cosmobutlers are more than a courier: they are friendly, work with positive energy and are knowledgeable about our service; they are equipped with an iPad to assist customers in real time. We value our customer’s time and see ourselves as a time saving company. That’s why we have introduced a reminder service, which reminds you of upcoming pick-ups and deliveries on the day prior via SMS or e-mail. To contribute our part to sustainability, we provide you with re-usable laundry bags for laundry drop-off, and laundry covers and boxes for laundry delivery.
