Pranayama generates static electricity in the body in very minute quantities and there is a feeling of improved energy and dynamism.
At the end of yoga session has been a moment of "meditation". Which means focus and concentration combined with relaxation. There are many different techniques. Like a guided imaginary journey, breathing meditation, zen meditation and much more. It is not difficult or complicated.
