We spend a large portion of our lives at work, so having fun and enjoying your time there is important. Being negatively affected by work environment can take a toll on your health and confidence. When we work with people their energies can seem to affect how we feel about ourselves and our jobs.

Learning skills that help you to stay in your power and positivity is a very important soft skill to development. There are solutions to the stress we feel at work due to “other people's attitude and moods.” Here are some of the solutions we shall cover in the workshop.
