We all share a common goal in our lives – the quest for joy, happiness and connection. Here at Transforming Lives we are dedicated to sharing and practicing tools and techniques which will guide us through our life’s journey to achieving this goal.

We are assisting people like YOU, mangers, executives, mothers and fathers to manage their stress, health and every day life. We teach techniques which bring them back into their bodies, emotions and core power. All of which produce engaged, productive, healthy and happy individuals living a sustainable life of authenticity.

Todays fast paced life style encourages us to be "ON" continuously connected with smart phones, tablets, computers, etc. We are so "ON" and over stimulated so often that we have forgotten how to turn "OFF"

We are forgetting that we are human and not robots. Our bodies and taking a rude beating and our emotions are often uncontrollable or stuffed so far down that we respond on autopilot. The affects on our family life, relationships and society are astounding as we become more and more disconnected from our authentic selves.

I have been a body worker for the past 11 years having the opportunity to have worked with hundreds of individuals coaching them into creating a happier, healthier, more enjoyable life style which allows them to take time out for themselves, their family and friends while being more productive and engaged in their working environment.

Using my skills as a Transformational Life Coach and Mindset Mentor I have the honour of taking individuals on a transformational journey into radical success.

Because they have learned to turn "OFF" they are able to respond calmly in high stressed situations, they can step back and re-evaluate before responding and their emotions don't get in the way of the end result. They communicate openly from the heart expressing themselves authentically.

Overall, they live life more passionately - fully engaged - achieving their dreams.

Using the same techniques, we also shift the struggle from fear, anger and lack of confidence to courage, strength and trust.

When individuals learn to change their beliefs and open their hearts the experience of life becomes an abundance of love as the joy and happiness pours in.
