Friendship, and an understated love of the finer things in life brought Amici to life.

The Valaisian village of Champoussin has been my second home for many years and although my friends and I love this hidden gem we wanted to share it with the world. The village will enchant you with its rustic style and sweet disposition. Perfectly placed in an elevated position, high in the Western Alps it boasts picture perfect views and a feast of year round activities. What better place for AMICI to be born.

I wanted to create a place that offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, a simple yet enticing menu using freshly sourced Italian ingredients, fine italian wines and traditional homemade cocktails. AMICI captures the warmth and familiarity of home with a style and edge that welcomes and excites our guests.

As the name suggests, our menu is Italian and our food and wines are inspired by the Campania region in Southern Italy. Campania stretches south along the Tyrrhenian Sea, from the mouth of the Garigliano Sea to the Gulf of Policastro. It's mild climate, beautiful coastlines, rich history and love of food drew us there and inspired our senses. My wish is that AMICI’s homely charm, mouth watering food and delicious Italian wines will inspire yours too.
