We have the perfect backdrop, now it's time for you to decide how you would like to use it for you and your children.Personal training
sessions are available for adults and adolescents, tailored to suit individual needs and goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, improve muscular strength and fitness level, or train for a specific event, these sessions are enjoyable, varied and effective. Cardiovascular activities can include walking, running, biking, swimming, snowshoeing, or a combination of different disciplines.

Physical Development
sessions work on co-ordination, agility, balance, gross motor skills and core strength. We also work on connecting the left and right sides of the brain by focusing on exercises which cross the mid-line of the body. These sessions are highly effective for children with dyspraxia and autism.

Skiing
becomes a priority in winter. The key to enjoying skiing is confidence. It is infinitely more enjoyable to ski when you have developed good technique and are able to conquer the mountains. I can help you to become a better, more confident skier.

Swimming
isn't just a sport. Swimming is a vital life skill, essential to water safety. It is an excellent low-impact exercise for children and adults; ideal for improving strength, flexibility and stamina. Learning to swim is a skill that, once mastered, is not forgotten and will open the door to taking part in many other water-based activities.

Teaching and Coaching
in tennis, biking and athletics is also available and I will cater for other sports on request.
